In addition to providing more details about my professional experience, this site is designed to highlight my abilities using the latest web development technologies.

This site utilizes two-tier design that separates the data and presentation tiers. A three tier approach is common for business sites, with business logic isolated from the data and user presentation tiers. Finally, I've used no tables used on this site for layout. The presentation is achieved purely by CSS classes. In some cases the ASP.Net controls generate tables dynamically .

While my career is focused on managing web development teams and leaving the development to staff members, I keep my development skills current in order to ensure I am able to effectively translate between business and technology teams and can accurately identify training requirements to maximize the team's performance.

The latest development techniques and standards are not supported by older browsers, so if you're viewing this site with browsers more than two years old they may not be capable of displaying all the features of this site. This is especially true of older Mac browsers since many do not comply with specifications current at the time of their release.
